Description
A decadent dessert that captures the flavors of a campfire s’more, reimagined as a brownie pizza. It features a fudgy brownie base, gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs.
Ingredients
1 box fudge brownie mix plus ingredients to prepare batter
1/2 cup Nutella warm for 15–20 seconds in the microwave to thin
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups
1/2 cup Teddy Graham Crackers
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with baking spray. Set it aside.
Prepare the brownie mix according to its package directions.
Spread the batter in the pizza pan. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges set. Let the brownie cool, then spread it with Nutella. Sprinkle with marshmallows, peanut butter cups, and Teddy Grahams.
Return the pizza to the oven. Bake for 8 more minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into wedges to serve.
Notes
Room Temperature Eggs: Using room-temperature eggs helps them incorporate more easily into the batter.
Don’t Overmix: Overmixing the batter can lead to a tougher brownie. Mix until just combined.
Watch the Broiler: Broiling can quickly burn things, so keep a close eye on the marshmallows.
Cooling Time: Allowing the brownie pizza to cool slightly before slicing makes it easier to cut neat slices.
