  • Yield: 6-8 servings 1x

Description

Dreaming of a dessert that’s both incredibly easy and utterly delightful? This Sweet Strawberry Graham Cracker Delight is a symphony of textures and flavors, bringing together creamy, crunchy, and fruity notes in every single bite. It’s the perfect no-bake treat for any occasion, guaranteed to disappear in a flash. Imagine a layered masterpiece, kissed with sweet strawberries and nestled on a buttery graham cracker base, all finished with a cloud of whipped cream.

Ingredients

Scale

16 ounces (454 g) heavy cream, very cold
1/4 cup (29 g) confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup (170 g) strawberry jam
12 graham crackers
16 ounces (454 g) strawberries, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine cold heavy cream, confectioner’s sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with a mixer until medium peaks form.

2. Gently fold the strawberry jam into the whipped cream until it is blended. Set this mixture aside.

3. In an 8×8 inch pan, spread a thin bottom layer of the whipped cream mixture.

4. Arrange a single layer of graham crackers over the cream.

5. Spread about one-third of the remaining whipped cream mixture evenly over the graham crackers.

6. Place a layer of thinly sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream.

7. Repeat the layers of graham crackers, whipped cream mixture, and strawberries two more times, creating 3 layers of each.

8. Cover the pan and refrigerate for 1 hour for a firmer dessert or 3 hours for a softer one. This dessert is best served within 24 hours.

9. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Ensure your cream cheese is truly at room temperature for the creamiest filling. Cold cream cheese can lead to lumps.

Press the graham cracker crust down firmly. A well-compacted crust prevents it from crumbling too much when sliced.

Don’t overmix the cream cheese filling after adding the lemon juice and vanilla. Just gentle incorporation is needed to keep the texture smooth.

When slicing, a sharp knife dipped in hot water and wiped dry between cuts will give you the cleanest slices.
