Strawberry Jello Filling

  • 32 oz fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 (3 oz) pack strawberry gelatin powder

Cream Layers

  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar (divided)
  • 12 oz cream cheese (room temp)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temp)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided)

Instructions

Strawberry Prep: Heat sliced strawberries and Jello powder on medium-low for 2–3 mins until gelatin dissolves into syrup. Cool completely.

Crust: Mix ground Oreos and melted butter. Reserve 1/4 for topping; press the rest into a 9×13 dish. Freeze for 10 mins.

Cream Filling: Whip heavy cream, vanilla, and 3/4 cup powdered sugar to stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla. Fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.

Layering: Spread half the cream mixture on the crust; freeze for 10 mins. Spoon cooled strawberry filling over; freeze for 15 mins. Spread remaining cream mixture on top.

Set: Chill 4–12 hours. Garnish with reserved Oreo crumbs and freeze-dried strawberries before serving.
