Ingredients
½ cup butter
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips divided
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup granulated sugar
1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 10-oz bag of miniature marshmallows
¼ cup broken milk chocolate pieces
8 graham crackers broken into small pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9 x 13 baking pan with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips in short bursts. Let cool slightly.
Whisk in vanilla and eggs, one at a time.
Add sugar, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon, mixing until combined.
Stir in the second cup of chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven, spread marshmallows on top, and broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slightly, then top with graham cracker pieces and chocolate candy.
Let cool completely before serving.

Use room temperature ingredients for the best results, especially the eggs.
