Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed pretzels (plus extra for coating)
1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
Step 1 Make the Cheesecake Mix In a bowl, use an electric mixer to beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 2 Add Pretzels and Caramel Gently fold in crushed pretzels and caramel sauce.
Step 3 Form the Balls Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes. Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
Step 4 Coat the Balls Roll the balls in crushed pretzels. Drizzle with extra caramel.
Step 5 Chill and Serve Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Sprinkle sea salt on top before serving. Enjoy chilled.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese and butter are softened before you begin to ensure a smooth cheesecake filling.
Chill the cheesecake mixture for at least an hour before rolling to help it firm up.
Freezing the balls before dipping makes them easier to handle and prevents the filling from softening too quickly.
