Ingredients
32 oz cream cheese 4 (8oz) blocks, softened
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
⅓ cup red, white, and blue sprinkles for the batter
36 Golden oreos
⅓ cup red, white, and blue sprinkles for the tops

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix the softened cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently until combined.
Fold in the sprinkles.
Place an Oreo in each cupcake liner.
Pour the batter into each liner, filling about 3/4 full.
Sprinkle more sprinkles on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the centers are set.
Cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve with whipped cream and extra sprinkles.
