Ingredients
15.25 oz lemon cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
In a bowl, mix lemon cake mix, butter, egg, sugar, and milk until smooth.
Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper.
Spread half the batter into the pan.
Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the batter.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate layer.
Drop remaining batter in spoonfuls over the condensed milk; gently spread to cover.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until edges are golden.
Notes
Let bars cool completely before cutting for the gooey texture.
