Tantalize your taste buds with these incredible Kimchi Deviled Eggs! They take the classic comfort of deviled eggs and inject them with a vibrant, spicy, and tangy Korean twist that’s utterly addictive.
Ingredients
6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved lengthwise
1/3 cup finely chopped cabbage kimchi (drained well)
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp kimchi juice (from jar)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Sriracha, toasted sesame seeds, and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
Begin by gently halving your 6 large, peeled, hard-boiled eggs lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the yolks into a medium bowl. Arrange the egg white halves on a serving platter.
Using a fork, thoroughly mash the egg yolks until they are as fine as possible.
Add the 1/3 cup of finely chopped, well-drained cabbage kimchi, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of kimchi juice, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of toasted sesame oil, and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder to the bowl with the mashed yolks.

For Extra Spice: If you love things extra hot, feel free to add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the filling or drizzle a little extra Sriracha on top.
Cream Cheese Boost: For an even richer, creamier filling, you could substitute 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise with softened cream cheese.
Different Kimchi: While Napa cabbage kimchi is classic, you could experiment with other types of kimchi for a slightly different flavor profile. Just be sure to chop it finely.
Fresh Garlic: If you prefer fresh garlic, finely mince about 1/4 clove and add it to the filling. Be mindful that fresh garlic can be more potent.
