For the Feta tzatziki sauce
½ cup plain Greek tzatziki
½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
1. Bake the fries according to the package directions, ensuring they are in a single layer on the tray.
2. While the fries bake, prepare the toppings and cook the meat.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, then add diced onion, garlic, and ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
4. Add spices and water to the meat, then simmer for about 3 minutes.
5. Remove fries when almost done, adjust oven temperature to 425F.
6. Top fries with cheese and meat mixture. Bake until cheese melts.
7. Combine tzatziki and feta for the sauce.
8. Top the fries with the sauce, tomatoes, onions, parsley, and extra feta.
Notes
For extra crispy fries, make sure to cook them in a single layer, giving them enough room to crisp up properly.
Don’t be afraid to season the gyro meat with a little extra salt and pepper to enhance the savory flavors.
Warm the tzatziki slightly if desired, or serve it cold for a refreshing contrast.
Chop the gyro meat into smaller, bite-sized pieces for easier eating.
Serve immediately, as the fries are best enjoyed when they are fresh and crisp.
