This Fresh Homemade Blender Salsa is the perfect accompaniment to your next taco night or a delightful snack with tortilla chips. This vibrant salsa bursts with fresh, zesty flavors, blending the sweetness of ripe tomatoes with the kick of jalapeños and the brightness of lime.
Ingredients
1 (14.5-ounce can) Diced Tomatoes, don’t drain
¼ small Red Onion, about ⅓ cup coarsely chopped
¼ cup Cilantro
1 Lime, zested and juiced
1 Jalapeno Pepper (or Serrano Pepper), seeded and coarsely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, coarsely chopped
¼ teaspoon Ground Cumin
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Combine the tomatoes (undrained), onions, cilantro, lime zest and juice, jalapeno, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a blender.
2. Blend or pulse until combined to your preferred texture. Avoid over-blending.
3. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 5 days.

Always taste the salsa and adjust the seasonings as needed. Salt, lime juice, and jalapeños can all be adjusted to your preference.
