Ingredients
2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1.5 cups sweet BBQ sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
6 brioche hamburger buns
Coleslaw for serving (optional)
Instructions
Put the chicken breasts into your slow cooker.
Mix the BBQ sauce, vinegar, mustard, and seasonings in a bowl.
Pour this sauce over the chicken.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is easily shredded.
