Ingredients
2 pounds strawberries washed and sliced
1–1/2 cups blueberries washed
3.4 ounces Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding
2 cups cold milk
16 ounces whipped topping
8 ounces cream cheese softened
14.4 ounce box of Graham crackers
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine instant pudding and milk until thickened.
2. Mix in 12 ounces of whipped topping.
3. Add softened cream cheese and blend well.
4. Spread a little whipped topping in a 9″ x 13″ dish.
5. Layer graham crackers over the whipped topping.
6. Spread one-third of the cream cheese mixture, then add strawberries and blueberries.
7. Repeat layers with graham crackers, cream cheese, and berries.
8. Top with graham crackers and the remaining cream cheese mixture.
9. Cover with remaining whipped cream and decorate with strawberries and blueberries.
10. Refrigerate for at least four hours.
