Ingredients
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup croutons
1 large flour tortilla
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until everything is well combined.
Roughly chop the croutons and add them to the chicken and lettuce mixture. Stir to combine.
Warm the flour tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it easier to roll.
Spoon the filling mixture down the center of the warmed tortilla. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly like a burrito.
Cut the wrap in half before serving.
