Ingredients
1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400F for five minutes.
Pat the steak cubes dry and toss them with olive oil and seasonings until they are thoroughly coated.
Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the edges are nicely crisped and browned.
Finally, toss the cooked steak bites with a mixture of melted butter, minced garlic, and fresh parsley before serving.
