This unbelievably delicious Decadent Turtle Cheesecake Dip is the perfect crowd-pleaser for any occasion! It’s creamy, rich, and bursting with the classic flavors of a turtle – caramel, chocolate, and pecans.
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
½ teaspoon caramel extract
1 cup whipped topping, such as Cool Whip, thawed
2 Tablespoons pecans, roughly chopped
2 Tablespoons chocolate sundae syrup
2 Tablespoons caramel sauce
¼ cup Turtles, roughly chopped
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and caramel extract. Mix with a mixer at medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes, until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
Top with chopped pecans, chocolate and caramel sauce, and chopped Turtles candies.
Cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is completely softened for the smoothest possible texture.
Don’t over-mix the dip once you’ve added the caramel to avoid making the dip too thin.
Chill the dip for at least an hour before serving to let the flavors meld, but longer is even better!
For extra flavor, toast your pecans before chopping.
