Creamy Chicken Ranch Pasta Salad

Description

A crowd-pleasing pasta salad with tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and a tangy ranch dressing. Perfect for potlucks, weeknight dinners, or quick lunches.


Ingredients

1 lb Rotini pasta
1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
15 oz drained canned corn
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup diced Roma or cherry tomatoes
3 Tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 bag Tyson® Any’tizers® Popcorn Chicken (or pre-cooked chicken nuggets)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Cook Rotini pasta as per package instructions, drain, and set aside to cool
While pasta cools, spread chicken nuggets on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden
In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, canned corn, celery, tomatoes, and cooked chicken
Mix in ranch dressing, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly combined
Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving
Sprinkle with fresh chives just before serving

Notes

Substitute gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free option.
Add red pepper flakes for heat or shredded cheddar for extra flavor.
For a lighter dressing, use Greek yogurt mixed with ranch seasoning.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
