Ingredients
• 1.5 lbs lean ground lamb or beef

• 2 carrots, diced

• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1.5 cups low-sodium beef broth
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup frozen peas and corn
• 3 cups prepared mashed potatoes
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Warm your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare your baking dish.
Brown your lamb with onions and carrots in a skillet, then drain any excess fat.
