Description

Flaky crescent rolls wrapped around layers of creamy mashed potatoes, savory stuffing, tender turkey, and tangy cranberry sauce baked to golden perfection, a perfect holiday centerpiece.

16 oz crescent rolls (two 8-count cans)
1 cup cooked mashed potatoes
1 cup stuffing
2 cups diced cooked turkey (½-inch pieces)
½ cup cranberry sauce
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Heat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Arrange crescents: Place a 5‑inch bowl in the center of the parchment. Arrange 4 crescent rolls around the bowl (north, south, east, west), then 4 more at diagonal points (NE, SE, SW, NW), overlapping slightly. Repeat with the second can to form a complete circle. Remove bowl and seal seams near center.

  3. Layer fillings: Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the wide ends of the crescent rolls. Add stuffing on top, followed by diced turkey. Spoon cranberry sauce gently over the turkey layer.

  4. Shape ring: Fold pointed ends of the crescents over the filling and tuck under the center to seal, pinching edges if needed.

  5. Bake: Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and fully baked.

  6. Serve: Cool 5–10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with extra cranberry sauce or gravy on the side.
