Description

1 cup (85g) desiccated coconut
¼ cup (25g) cocoa powder
1½ cups (130g) desiccated coconut, extra for rolling


Instructions

Crush biscuits into fine crumbs using food processor or rolling pin.

Stir cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, and sweetened condensed milk into crumbs until mixture holds together.

Roll heaped teaspoons into balls.

Coat each in extra coconut.
