Description
An easy, no-bake snack blending creamy cheesecake flavor with fresh strawberries. Made with oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey, and cream cheese for a wholesome, protein-packed treat.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 scoop (about 30 g) vanilla protein powder
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
-
Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix oats and protein powder until evenly blended.
-
Add wet ingredients: Stir in almond butter and honey until a thick dough forms.
-
Add strawberries & cream cheese: Gently fold in chopped strawberries and softened cream cheese until just combined.
-
Shape: Roll mixture into 1‑inch balls using clean hands. If mixture is too sticky, refrigerate briefly or add extra oats.
-
Chill: Arrange balls on a parchment‑lined baking sheet and refrigerate 30 minutes to firm.
-
Store: Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
Notes
Use ripe, fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Chill before rolling if dough is too soft. Coconut flakes add optional texture. Adjust sweetness with extra honey or syrup. Best tasted within a few days when stored chilled.
