Ingredients
5 sausages
4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp butter
Splash of milk
1 onion
Sprinkle of brown sugar
2 cups chopped cabbage (or preferred amount)

Cook cabbage: Boil chopped cabbage 5–7 minutes until tender. Drain well and season with salt, pepper, and optional butter.

Heat Yorkshire puddings: Follow package instructions until hot and crisp.

Assemble: Fill each Yorkshire pudding with a generous scoop of mash, then layer sausages, caramelized onions, and cabbage inside or alongside.
