Description

Creamy, cheesy sausage dip loaded with savory sausage, melty Velveeta, smooth muenster cheese, and tangy sour cream. Warm, comforting appetizer perfect with chips, crackers, or veggies.

1 lb sausage
16 oz sour cream
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed or shredded
4 oz muenster cheese, shredded
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dried parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9‑inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Cook sausage: In a skillet, brown sausage over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

  3. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, sour cream, both cheeses, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley. Stir until evenly blended.

  4. Bake: Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Bake 30–40 minutes until hot, melted, and bubbly.
