Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese (2% milk fat)
4 tbsp maple syrup
3 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
Instructions

Blend base: Add cottage cheese to a food processor and blend 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Combine mixture: Add maple syrup and blend again. Transfer to a large bowl and fold in Greek yogurt until fully combined.

Assemble jars: Layer graham crackers at the bottom of each jar, followed by cheesecake mixture, another graham cracker layer, berries, and finish with more cheesecake mixture.

Finish & serve: Top with extra berries before serving. Chill if prepared ahead. Makes about 4 jars.
Notes
Full-fat cottage cheese and yogurt create the creamiest texture.
Blend cottage cheese well to remove graininess.
Use frozen berries directly from freezer to prevent excess juice.
