Ingredients
1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup (43 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp espresso powder (optional)
¾ cup (170 g) unsalted butter
2 tbsp oil (canola, vegetable, or coconut)
1⅓ cups (265 g) granulated sugar, divided
2 large eggs
1 large egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
¾ cup (128 g) chocolate chips
