Description
Creamy, refreshing snacks made with protein-packed Greek yogurt, nut butter, and a touch of honey, filled or topped with fruit and mix-ins. Perfect for no-bake snacking and easy to customize.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or other)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1–2 cups fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or chopped fruit)
Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, granola, sprinkles, coconut flakes
Instructions
-
Mix base: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, nut butter, and honey until smooth and creamy.
-
Prepare molds: Line a mini muffin pan, silicone mold, or small cups with paper liners or parchment.
-
Fill molds: Spoon yogurt mixture into compartments, filling each about two‑thirds full.
-
Add toppings: Press fruit into the center or layer on top. Add additional toppings like chocolate chips or granola if desired.
-
Freeze: Place in the freezer for at least 2–4 hours until firm.
-
Serve & store: Pop bites out when ready to eat. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Notes
Use full-fat yogurt for creamier texture. Thaw slightly before eating for softness. Silicone molds ease removal. Try different fruit combinations. Seal tightly to prevent freezer burn.
