- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Dash freshly ground black pepper
- ⅔ cup pecans, finely chopped
Instructions
- Let cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften.
- Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese; beat or stir until smooth.
- Mix in green onions, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper until evenly distributed.
- Transfer mixture to plastic wrap; shape into ball and wrap tightly. Chill at least 2 hours.
- Chop pecans finely and toast in skillet over low heat 3–4 minutes if desired. Cool completely.
- Unwrap chilled cheese ball and roll in pecans, pressing gently to adhere.
- Serve on platter with crackers, pretzels, or sliced vegetables.
