Description

Buttery, chewy cookies loaded with colorful M&M’s, white chocolate chips, crunchy pretzels, potato chips, and sprinkles. A delightful combination of sweet and salty flavors—perfect for gifting, cookie swaps, or festive baking.

Ingredients

Scale
    • ¾ cup salted butter, softened
    • ¾ cup light brown sugar, packed
    • ¼ cup granulated sugar
    • 2 egg yolks, room temperature
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
    • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
    • ½ tsp baking powder

<½ tsp baking soda

    • ½ tsp salt
    • ½ cup red and green M&M’s
    • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips
    • ⅓ cup pretzel pieces

<⅓ cup potato chip pieces

  • 2 tbsp red and green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in egg yolks and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Add to wet mixture and stir just until combined.
  5. Gently fold in M&M’s, white chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and sprinkles.
  6. Form 1½-inch dough balls. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Press extra M&M’s or pretzels on top if desired.
  7. Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are golden and centers are slightly soft. Rest 5 minutes on pan, then cool on wire rack.
  8. Optional: Lightly sprinkle with sea salt before serving.

Notes

Use softened, not melted, butter for chewy texture.

Fold in pretzels and chips last to avoid crushing.

Slightly underbake for soft, chewy centers.

Chill dough for 20 minutes if cookies spread too much during baking.

Store airtight for up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
