Description

Simple no-bake treat featuring shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk shaped into bite-sized balls, dipped in melted milk or dark chocolate. Creamy coconut center coated with rich chocolate, perfect for festive desserts or gifts.


Ingredients

2 cups shredded coconut (about 200g)
⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk (about 200ml)
1 to cups milk chocolate chips (150–200g)


Instructions

Mix shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
Shape into small balls. Refrigerate 1–2 hours to firm.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
Dip each coconut ball in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Place on parchment, sprinkle with extra coconut if desired.
Refrigerate 1 hour to set.

Notes

Use full-fat sweetened condensed milk for best texture.

Chill balls before dipping to prevent breaking.

Stir chocolate continuously while melting.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
