Ingredients
Marinade
2 lbs chicken thigh fillets
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp allspice powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ cup plain or Greek yogurt
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2–3 tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
Yogurt-Garlic Sauce
1 cup plain or Greek yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
2 garlic cloves, finely grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: sriracha sauce for spice
To Serve
8 pita breads or soft tortillas
3 cups chopped lettuce
1 large red onion, sliced
4 medium tomatoes, chopped

Marinate chicken: In a large bowl, combine yogurt, oil, lemon juice, and all spices. Mix well, then add chicken thighs and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
