2 small chicken breasts, cut into ½‑inch pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp poultry seasoning (or salt, pepper, garlic powder mix)
1 Italian-style loaf of bread
1 stick (8 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
½ stick (4 tbsp) unsalted butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Prepare chicken: Toss chicken pieces with olive oil and seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  2. Make garlic bread: Slice the bread lengthwise. Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Spread evenly on both halves. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5–10 minutes until lightly toasted.

  3. Prepare Alfredo sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium‑low heat. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in cream, Parmesan, and parsley. Simmer 3–5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.

  4. Assemble: Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over toasted bread. Top with cooked chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and remaining sauce.

  5. Final bake: Return to oven. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes or until cheese melts and bubbles. Slice into 2–3‑inch servings and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for best flavor. Toast bread for sturdier base. Stir sauce gently for smoothness. Adjust red pepper flakes for heat. Serve warm.
