Ingredients

Instructions
Prep: Steam and puree half the carrots; grate the rest. Whisk dry ingredients.

Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour on low. Stir in sour cream, vanilla, and egg.

Bake & Cool: Bake at 350°F for 60 mins. Turn off oven; let sit inside for 30 mins with door cracked. Chill 6 hours.
