2 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate, divided
3 cups pretzels (about half of a 10-oz bag)
16.5 oz caramel bits (about 1 1/2 bags)
Instructions
Prepare sheet: Line 13×18-inch baking sheet with parchment.
Melt chocolate base: Microwave 2 cups chocolate in 30-sec intervals, stirring until smooth. Reserve 1/2 cup for drizzle.
Create base layer: Spread melted chocolate evenly, press pretzels into warm chocolate.
Melt caramel: Heat caramel bits in 30-sec bursts, stirring until smooth.
Prep apples: Dice and pat very dry.
Mix caramel and apples: Fold apples into warm caramel.
Assemble layers: Pour caramel-apple over pretzel base, spread evenly.
Chill & set: Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Drizzle chocolate: Melt reserved chocolate and drizzle on top.
Final chill & serve: Chill 1-2 hours, then break or slice.
