Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced; drained if canned)
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 tbsp ranch dressing or dry ranch seasoning
4 oz garlic and herb cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8-count) can jumbo buttermilk biscuits
Melted butter (optional for brushing)
Chopped green onions or herbs (optional for garnish)
Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
Instructions
Prepare filling: Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, cream cheese, cheddar until combined.
Flatten dough: Separate and flatten each biscuit to 1/4-inch thickness.
Assemble bombs: Spoon 2 tbsp filling into dough center, wrap and seal.
Cook air fryer: 350°F 10-12 mins, flipping halfway.
Or bake: 350°F 20-25 mins until golden.
Serve: Brush with butter, garnish, serve with dressing.
Notes
Seal edges tightly.
Drain chicken well to avoid soggy dough.
Chill dough balls for cleaner shape.
