Ingredients
Chicken Goujons
21 oz chicken breast, cut into strips
7 oz cornflakes
2 eggs
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
Vegetable oil spray (2–4 sprays per goujon)
Flaky salt, to taste
Wrap Fillings
1 head round lettuce, washed and separated
6 salad tomatoes, thinly sliced
8 small or 4 large white wraps
7 oz cheese singles
1 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Set up coating stations: flour mixed with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt; beaten eggs; finely crushed cornflakes.
- Coat chicken strips by dipping in flour mix, then eggs, then crushed cornflakes, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray goujons lightly with oil. Arrange in single layer, air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked (165°F / 74°C inside).
- Prepare fillings: slice tomatoes and onions; lay wraps with cheese slices.
- Assemble wraps by layering lettuce, tomato, onion on cheese, add 2–3 chicken goujons per wrap, fold sides, and roll tightly.
- Warm wraps briefly in skillet or microwave if desired. Serve immediately with mayo, yogurt dip, or sweet chili sauce.

Crush cornflakes finely for an even, crispy coating.
Avoid overcrowding air fryer for best crispness.
Season flour mixture well to boost flavor throughout.
Pat lettuce dry to prevent soggy wraps.
